Question 54688: We already did like terms but that was for addition. My teacher didn't explain this at all so I'm only guessing on my work here. Sorry! The problem is: 7m(-3n)+3m(-4n)
Could you still combine the like terms so it would be 10m(-7n)?
And if that's right would it equal -70mn ?

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
7m(-3n)+3m(-4n)
=-21mn-12mn
=-33mn
