Question 47570: Find the center and radius of the circle whose equation is give by
x^2+y^2+6x-10y=2

Answer by Nate(3500)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x^2 + y^2 + 6x - 10y = 2
(x^2 + 6x) + (y^2 - 10y) = 2
(x + 3)^2 + (y - 5)^2 = 2 + 9 + 25 = 36
(x + 3)^2 + (y - 5)^2 = 36
Center: (-3,5)
Radius: 6
