Question 399946: hi I have a problem for you to solve it's algebra and it has to be simplified if possible here is the problem six and two thirds plus three forth how do you work it out to show the work and simplify if possible.
Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
6 2/3 + 3/4
= 20/3 + 3/4
= 80/12 + 9/12
= 89/12
---------
You can reduce it to 7 5/12, but there's no advantage to that.
