3 over 2x - 5 over 6 equals 2 over 3x
(3/2x) - (5/6) = (2/3x)
---
Multiply thru by 6x to get rid of the denominators:
---
3*3 - 5x = 2*2
---
9 - 5x = 4

Answer by palanisamy(496)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The given equation is
(3/2x)-(5/6) = (2/3x)
(9-5x)/6x =2/3x
(9-5x)/2 = 2
9-5x = 4
-5x = 4-9
-5x = -5
x = (-5)/(-5)
x = 1
