Count them up: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13

That would be 8 integers between 5 and 14. Do you see a rule that might be used if you wanted to do this for larger numbers? Like how many integers are there between 482 and 9065? Did you get 8582? What was the rule???
