0 is rational ---> 0=0/any number

1/2 is rational

radical 3 is irrational


radical 4 = 2 is rational ----> 2 = 2/1

1/2 = 0.5, so that's rational
"radical 4", I assume you mean square root of 4, is 2, that's rational.
