Divide and simplify:
7w-21/ w-3/
10 divided by 55w

Invert the 2nd one and multiply.
= (7w-21)/10 times 55w/(w-3)
= 7*(w-3)*55w/(10*(w-3)) ----- Cancel (w-3)
= 7*55w/10
= 38.5w
