Hi there,
Two numbers:
x and x - 6
x/(x - 6) = 5/2
Cross multiply
2(x) = 5(x - 6)
2x = 5x - 30
Collect like terms:
2x - 5x = -30
-3x = -30
x = 10
Two numbers:
10 and 4
