2+6x<5x+10 You solve an inequality much as you would solve an equation, with the exception that if you multiply or divide by a negatve quantity in the process of solving an inequality, you must reverse the inequality symbol.
2+6x<5x+10 Subtract 5x from both sides.
2+x<10 Subtract 2 from both sides.
