I have no idea how to create a suitable table of values in which my teacher told us to use excel to do the graph. I don't know how to plot a graph or even use excel.
I am screaming help to the fourth power, please.

I got as far as x-3=rs 7/3 no radical sign.
Now I then do x=3/5 rs over the three and times it by 9/5. Do I multiply the 7 times the nine or or just leave it as 9 plus or negative over 7/3.
