-4=19x-5x^2
I am thinking that I should zero out the right side and and make a complete equation on the left. By doing this, do I then use the quadratic formula or do I complete the square to solve this problem. Am I on the right track?

-4=19x-5x^2
make it into a quadratic equation on the left
5x^2 - 19x - 4 = 0
Use the quadratic formula, completing the square works well when the coefficient of x^2 is 1, but not here
a=5; b=-19; c=-4
I got x = -.2 and x = 4 (checks out in the original equation)
