a circle has the equation x^2+y^2=R^2 where R is the radius of the circle
to get the equation in the form of this you would have to complete the square of x and y.
you would get (x-9/2)^2 + (y+7/2)^2 = 36
so the radius is root 36 witch is 6
the center is (9/2 ,-7/2)
