Question 965512: (x-5)(x+6)how do i work this out
Answer by rothauserc(4718) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(x-5)(x+6) asks us to multiply (x-5) times (x+6). We do this by the following,
x - 5
x + 6
-----
6x - 30
-5x x^2
------------
x - 30 +x^2
rearrange the terms
x^2 +x -30
