What is the vertex and axis of symmetry for
y=-2x^2+16x-16
vertex form of equation for a parabola: y=A(x-h)^2+k, (h,k)=coordinates of the vertex
complete the square:
y=-2(x^2-8x+16)+32-16
y=-2(x-4)^2+16
vertex: (4, 16)
axis of symmetry: x=4
