Question 946232: I'm struggling a lot on solving an equation in quadratic form. The problem I'm currently on is the following:
16x^-4 - 65x^-2 +4 = 0
where u = x^-2 and u^2 = x^-4
So far I've done...
16u^2 - 65u + 4 = 0
(16u - 1)(u - 4) = 0
u = 1/16 and u = 4
From there, I need help.
