Hi
Find the side of a square room such that if its length and its width are each increased by 4 meters,
the area is increased by 120 square meters. Note: Area of the Square is x^2
(x+4)(x+4) = x^2 + 120
x^2 + 8x + 16 = x^2 + 120
8x = 104
x = 13
CHECKING our answer***
17^2 = 169 + 120 = 289
