IF the area of a rectangular backyard is given in an equation
Factoring will give us,

Using foil method will give us,

The area for rectangle is A=lw
So if the area is,

So the lengths and width are either, 2x+3 and x-8
Obviously, length is greater than the width.
Therefore the length is,
2x+3 and the width is x-8

Use reverse FOIL to get:
2x^2 +3xm-16xm - 24m^2

Factor the 1st two and the last two terms to get:
x(2x+3m) -8m(2x+3m)

Factor again to get:
(2x + 3m)(x - 8m)
