Answer by TimothyLamb(4379)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(3/x) + (x/3) = (5/2)
(3/x)x + (x/3)x = (5/2)x
3 + (1/3)x^2 = (5/2)x
(1/3)x^2 + (-5/2)x + 3 = 0
---
the above quadratic equation is in standard form, with a=1/3=0.3333333, b=2.5, and c=3
---
to solve the quadratic equation, plug this:
0.3333333 2.5 3
