Answer by checkley79(3341)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1/2x^2+2x-7=0
x^2/2+2x-7=0

x=(-2+-sqrt(2^2-4*.5*-7))/2*.5
x=(-2+-sqrt(4+14)/1
x=(-2+-sqr18)
x=-2+-4.2426
x=-2-4.2426
x=-6.2426 ans
x=-2+4.2426
x=2.2426 ans.
