x is the smaller number, the larger number is (x+100)
:
If the larger number is divided by the smaller number, the quotient is 15 and the remainder is 2.

Since the divisor is x, the remainder will be 2/x
:
= 15 +

Mult equation by x, you then have:
x + 100 = 15x + 2

x - 15x = 2 - 100
-14x = -98
x = -98/-14
