First find the factors of 4 form the
The factors of 4 are: 1,2,2,4
Next Find the factors of 5 (the constant)
The factors of 5 are: 1,5
Note that the 5 is positive that means that the factors have to both be positive or both negative.
Now use the factors of 4 and the factors of 5 to come up with the 12X
2*5 + 2*1 = 12
So can be rewritten as
