y = -2x^2
I. A parabola opening Downward
II. V(0,0)
III. Line of symmetry is the y=axis.
IV. Pt(1,-2) on the curve

the vertex form of a Parabola opening up(a>0) or down(a<0),
where(h,k) is the vertex and x = h is the Line of Symmetry
