Use the Pythagorean theorum to determine the value of x and the measurements of each side of the right triangle.
The Pythagorean theorem states that in a right triangle, the square of the length of the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the squares of the lengths of the legs. Obtain the quadratic equation for x.
(5x)^2=(5x-3)^2+(x+6)^2
I am stuck here. Please help!
