Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2h^2-h-3=0
2h^2-3h+2h-3=0
h(2h-3)+(2h-3)=0
(2h-3)(h+1)=0
h=3/2 or h=-1
