Solutions are negative sign (Sqrt) 10, 5 (sqrt) 10. so it would be 5 space square root sign and negative sign space square root sign). I am totally lost on this one. I have no idea how to even begin....

Use the fact that if r is a root of a polynomial, then x-r is a factor of the polynomial. Hence, the polynomial would look something like
 = a(x - (-\sqrt{10})(x - 5\sqrt{10}) = a(x + \sqrt{10})(x - 5\sqrt{10}))
where a is some constant. Fix a value for the variable a (e.g. assume a = 1) then multiply.
