Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
-9(x-3)^2=-7
(x-3)^2=7/9
Take the square root to get:
x-3=[sqrt7]/3 or x-3=-[sqrt7]/3
x=3+[sqrt7]/3 or x=3-[sqrt7]/3
