x = -(-12)/(2*12)
x = 12/24
x = 1/2 (line of symmetry)

Vertex:
f(1/2) = 12(1/2)^2 - 12(1/2) + 4
f(1/2) = 12(1/4) - 6 + 4
f(1/2) = 3 - 6 + 4
f(1/2) = 1
vertex is at (1/2, 1)
