Answer by John10(297)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
25x^3 = 64x
25x^3 - 64x = 0
You need to factor out the common factor
x(25x^2 -64) =0
Apply the zero product property
x = 0 OR 25x^2 -64 =0
x = 0 OR 25x^2 = 64
x= 0 OR x^2 = 64/25
x =0 OR x = +/- SR(64/25)
x =0 OR x = 8/5 OR x = -8/5

Factor out x to obtain

x(25x^2 - 64) = 0

Either x = 0 or 25x^2 - 64 = 0. I think you can take it from there.
