y = -3(x+1)^2 + 8 |Vertex is Pt(-1,8)& a Maximum as Parbola opens downward (a< 0)
0 = -3(x+1)^2 + 8 8/3 = (x+1)^2 x = -1 ± 2sqrt(2/3) {.633, -2.633}
