i know how to get the value of a,h,k, but i dont know what they mean when they say choose some values for x. in example 1 they have 7 values for x, but in example 2 they have 5 values for x.... so how do you know how many numbers to chose forthe value of x? This question is from textbook

THE NUMBER YOU CHOOSE DEPENDS ON THE ACCURACY YOU WANT FOR PLOTTING A GRAPH IF THAT IS YOUR OBJECTIVE.USUALLY TAKE THE FOLLOWING POINTS AS OBLIGATORY
1..X=H...THEN...Y=K
2..X=H+1 AND H-1
3..X=H+5 AND H-5
4.ALSO SEE IF THERE IS A ZERO VALUE POSSIBLE FOR Y..THAT IS WHEN A AND K ARE NEGATIVE.THEN TAKE IT AND FIND X CORRESPONDING TO THAT
5.PUT X=0 AND FIND Y
