In a word, no.

The largest area rectangle that you can have for a given perimeter is a square with sides that measure one-fourth of the perimeter. For an 80 foot perimeter, the largest possible area is a 20 by 20 foot square. Such a square has an area of 400 square feet -- smaller than the 450 square foot stage that you have. Given that the stage was square, the sides would measure the square root of 450, and 4 times the square root of 450 is approximately 85 feet and any other configuration of rectangle would have an even larger perimeter.
