20x^2 + 13x + 2

I can factor it but you CANNOT find roots of an expression! You can find the roots of an equation or of a function, but unless the problem has an =0, or a y=, you can't solve it!

20x^2 + 13x + 2

By trial and error
(5x + 2)(4x + 1 )

Now if the problem stated was
20x^2 + 13x + 2=0, then you can solve it:
(5x+2)(4x+1) = 0
