Graphing it I find x=3 is a zero.
Dividing by x-3 I get Quotient = x^2+3
Therefore (x-3)(x^2+3)=0
x=3 or x=3i or x=-3i

Simplify using descartes rule of sign and synthetic division or whatever you use to get:
(x - 3)(x^2 + 3) = 0
