A 12 ft ladder is leaning against a building at a 70 degree angle. What is the distance from the ground?

The ladder, the distance from the ladder base to the building, and the distance from the ground to the ladder on the building form a right triangle.

It's a little over 11 1/4 feet from the ground to the ladder.
