Stop typing in all caps. It is the electronic equivalent of shouting and is both rude and annoying.

Use the Zero Product Rule. That is, if the product of any number of factors is zero, then at least one of the factors must be zero.

So, either 2 = 0 which is absurd, so forget about that, or which you should be able to solve readily, or which you should also be able to solve.
