Graph the boundary line, y = 4x^2-2x+1, of the inequality.

The axis of symmetry is x = -b/2a = 2/(2*4) = 1/4
-----------------------------------------------------
Pick a couple of x-values to the left and to the right of x = 1/4
---
If x = -2, y = 4(-2)^2-2(-2)+1 = 21
---
If x = -1, y = 4(-1)^2 -2(-1) + 1 = 7
---
If x = 0, y = 1
---
If x = 2 y = 4(2)^2-2(2)+1 = 13

Plot the points and draw a smooth curve thru them.
