Standard to Vertex:
Complete the square:
^2 -\ \frac{b^2}{4a^2}\ +\ \frac{c}{a})
^2 -\ \frac{b^2}{4a}\ +\ c)
Just plug in your standard form coefficients and do the arithmetic.
