It's always
(x - a)*(x - b) = 0 where a and b are the solutions
(x - 3/5)*(x + 9) = 0
(5x-3)*(x+9) = 0

Answer by richwmiller(17219)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(x-3/5)(x+9)=0
1/5(x+9)*(5x-3)=0
(x+9)*(5x-3) = 0
x^2+(42x)/5-27/5 = 0
They are the same.
