18x2 -6x -4
2(9x^2-3x-2)
9*-2=-18 the 2 factors of -18 whose sum is -3 are -6 & +3.
2(9x^2+3x-6x-2)
=2(3x(3x+1)-2(3x+2)) Factoring by grouping.
=2(3x-2)(3x+1)
