Question 255836: How do you solve -2(x-2)^2+2 ?
Answer by solver91311(24713) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You don't "solve" it in the ordinary sense of the word, namely, determine the solution set of values for the variable. That is because you have neither an equals sign or an inequality sign. You have no idea of the relationship of your expression to anything, hence the variable can take on any value you like. Now, if what you meant was "how to you expand the binomial and simplify," you should have said so.
