Question 235119: I must use the quadratic formula to solve each equation. The one I'm having trouble with is in a different form to begin with and I can't figure out how to get it into standard form:
x= [2(x+3)]/(x+5)
I've tried distributing the numerator and then subtracting it from that side to the other side, and multiplying whats left of the fraction by its denominator, but its not working... PLEASE help! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
