Multiply thru by "fm" to get rid of the fractions:
2m +ftm =3f
ftm=3f-2m
f = (3f-2m)/tm
If m=4 and t=3 the f=(3(3)-2(4))/((3)(4)
f= 1/12

1) Solve for f:
Subtract t from both sides of the equation.
Simplify the right side.
Multiply both sides by f.
Finally, multiply both sides by
2) Calculate f when m=4 and t=3
