x^3 - 9x = 0 Factorise x out
x (x^2 - 9) = 0
x = 0, x^2 - 9 = 0
Solving x^2 - 9 = 0 ( This is a difference of two square
(x + 3) ( x - 3)= 0
Equate each of them to zero
x = -3, and x = 3
Hence, x=0, x = 3, and x = -3
