Question 186981: 6m ^2 - 12m = 0
Answer by rapaljer(4671)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
6m ^2 - 12m = 0

Factor the common factor first. That would be 6m.
6m(m-2) = 0
6m=0, so m=0

OR

m-2=0
m=2
