0.5x+0.2y=2.3 multiply by 3 & add.

1.5x+.6y=6.9

1.9x=9.5
x=9.5/1.9
x=5 ans.
.2*5-.3y=1.3
1-.3y=1.3
-.3y=1.3-1
-.3y=.3
y=.3/-.3
y=-1 ans.
