area of a rectangle is length * width
width = w
length = 1.6 * w
length * width = 1.6*w*w = 1.6*w^2.
1.6*w^2 = 9000
w^2 = 9000 / 1.6 = 5625
w = (5625)^(1/2) = 75
width = 75
length = 1.6 * 75 = 120.
calculating area = length * width = 75 * 120 = 9000.
