Unless you have a statistical calculator or specifically have the normal distribution curve function on your calculator, probably can't do it with a calculator.
The traditional method is to look up a table of values in the back of your math book.
In EXCEL, you would use the NORMSDIST function for a value of -3.24.
The area for z=-3.24 is 0.000598.
