You have two points: (0,70) and (1,70+45)
(0,70) tells you the temperature is 70 when you 1st turn on the oven.
(1,115) tells you the temperature increases 45 degrees in 1 minute.

Slope = (115-70)/(1-0) = 45
---------------------------
EQUATION: temp = 45(minutes) + 70
t(7) = 45*7 + 70
t(7) = 385 degrees
