0.7x + 1 <= 1.5x - 6
0.7x-.7x+1+6<=1.5x-.7x-6+6
7<=0.8x
7/.8<=.8x/.8
8.75<=x
x>=8.75

Hello,
If this is what you say it is,
it is a easy linear equation and all you have to do is put all the X's on one side of the equation and all the "normal numbers" together.
So .7x + 1 <_ 1.5 x - 6
You take the -6 from the right hand side and put it on the other side so it becomes .7 x + 7 <_ 1.5x
Remember when to move a number from oneside to the other you have to cancel it out so the opposite of -6 is + 6 so thats what i did to the left hand side.
The do the same for the 0.7 x you minus it from the other side so the whole thing becomes.
7 <_ 0.8 x
Then just simplify
