How many of each unit must be produced in order to make a profit of $12750?
50P + 25L = 12750
The lumber company must produce and sell ?? units of lumber and ?? units of plywood to make a profit of $12750.

You have two equations:
Substitute the 1st into the 2nd to get:
50*2L + 25L = 12750
125L = 12750
L = 102 (# of units of lumber)
p = 2L = 204 (# of units of plywood)
